Many local communities will hold 9/11 memorial ceremonies on Wednesday. A new memorial will be dedicated by officials from Cape May County, outside their complex. The memorial consists of three concrete blocks from the Pentagon, positioned to lean on each other to evoke the image of a photo of one of the 9/11 buildings. Positioned in front of the blocks is a large rock and soil from the Flight 93 crash site, plus a large steel beam from the World Trade Center. The dedication ceremony will be held Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the Cape May County Administration Building in Cape May Court House.
