A training program called “Pills to Heroin” is being presented to schools, church groups, and in other community outreach processes by local law enforcement. Cape May County is battling a drug problem, especially when it comes to heroin. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office successfully presented the idea for the first time at Wildwood Catholic High School last week.
