Want to see how county government really works? The Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders held their first 90-minute open caucus session on Tuesday, prior to the regular freeholder meeting. Freeholder Director Gerald Thornton presided over the meeting which can include reports from county department heads. This was the first official meeting to the new year, with newly elected freeholders Will Morey and Kristine Gabor. The caucus began at 5:30PM, with the regular meeting convening at 7PM.
