The Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders recognized County Engineer Dale Foster at their meeting this week. Foster, along with the other county engineers in the state, received the 2013 Dr. John L. Buzzi Engineering Excellence Award from the New Jersey Alliance for Action, a state-wide pro-business organization. Only 200 people in the state have ever received this distinguished honor.
