The annual Health Care Resource day is returning in Cape May County. The free event will take place at the Wildwoods Convention Center from 10:30 am to 2 pm on April 25. Cape May County departments that play a role in meeting community health needs including Crest Heaven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, the Department of Health and the Office of Aging and Disability Services will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. Also, there will be free screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, fracture risk, lead, and peripheral artery disease. Admission is free to this event.
