CAPE MAY COUNCIL TO MEET, CHIEF’S CONTRACT UP FOR A VOTE

Cape May’s city council meets for the final time this year and could vote on a new contract for Police Chief Anthony Marino.  A proposal that would give Marino a four year contract with the city appears on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting.  This will be the final meeting for outgoing Mayor Ed Mahaney, who was defeated by Chuck Lear in the November election.
