CAPE MAY CO. HOLDS DRUG FORUM

More than 150 people attended a forum Thursday held by the Cape May County Freeholders, entitled “Putting a Face on Addiction”. Local parents of overdose victims and rehab workers shared their stories about the affects of drugs on their families. Cape May County ranks third in the state for adults receiving drug treatment and heroin use is on the rise. A similar forum on substance abuse will be held on Sept. 23rd at Lower Township Hall in Villas.
