Remington, Vernick and Walberg are once again the engineers in Cape May. Council voted 3-2 to accept their bid. Mayor Ed Mahaney and Councilwoman Terri Swain both voted against he group. Remington, Vernick and Walberg were once the engineers before, and even had a lawsuit filed against them because of their job performance. The legal action ended with no financial penalty to the firm, shortly after the May election.
