For the third time in four seasons, the Cape Atlantic League has re-aligned it’s football divisions. The new CAL this fall will be comprised of two divisions. The National Conference will include all Cape May County schools, along with Bridgeton, Buena, Cedar Creek, Pleasantville and St. Augustine. The new American Conference will feature the powerhouse non-public schools Holy Spirit and St Joe’s, as well as Hammonton, Absegami, Atlantic City, EHT, Mainland, Millville and Oakcrest. In addition, a regulation was adopted to prevent a public school from playing all three non-public schools during the same season.
