CANADIAN TOURISTS EXPECTED BACK IN CAPE MAY COUNTY THIS YEAR

A strong Canadian rush to the shore is expected to be made once again this year. Coastal Broadcasting spoke with the Tourism Director of Cape May County Diane Wieland, who said the department expects to build on last year’s success. The marketing to Canada continued Wieland believes the strong return numbers will repeat themselves. Canadian tourists are great for Cape May County because they stay for longer trips and according to Wieland, are more likely to spend money on their vacation.
