BYOB WON’T BE HAPPENING ANYTIME SOON IN OCEAN CITY

Council in Ocean City voted very loudly that they will not support BYOB in the resort. Some restaurant owners have been pushing for the change. Council voted 5-0 for a resolution against the practice. Some business owners feel that the change could bring some more business into Ocean City. The resort bans all purchase and consumption in public places. Supporters could overturn the city rules through a ballot question.
