Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian announced that Business Administrator Arch Liston will be retiring at the end of 2015. Mayor Don Guardian said that he initially asked Liston to think about his decision but ultimately that Liston wanted to spend more time with his family. Liston helped Guardian deal with the significant financial hole the city found itself in after numerous tax appeals by the casinos. The process for advertising for a new administrator will begin in the next few days, according to Guardian.
