BUONO AND AMODEO GET AFL-CIO SUPPORT IN NOVEMBER

A key labor union has thrown its support behind state Senator Barbara Buono for governor. The New Jersey AFL-CIO has endorsed Buono against Gov. Chris Christie this November. Christie has been picking up pockets of support that usually lean Democrat, but Buono was able to gain its support. The union only backed one Republican in the entire state, and it was 2nd district Assemblyman John Amodeo.
