Gov. Chris Christie should have one week to sign his name to a budget document. Both the Senate and Assembly are expected to pass the $32.9 billion budget document on Monday, with one week to spare from the June 30 deadline. Negotiations took place over the past few weeks to find a budget that works for Republicans and Democrats. Locally, Senator Jeff Van Drew says he supports the bill and will be a sponsor of the budget bill.
