A budget proposal will be presented in Ocean City. Mayor Jay Gillian announced that he would present a draft of his 2017 municipal budget to City Council on Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. Gillian says he expects the budget process to extend into April. Gillian also announced ath KC and the Sunshine Band will play a show on May 27 at the Ocean City Music Pier.
