A man who committed a shooting in Bridgeton over the weekend is behind bars. Bridgeton Police announced that Rashan Williams surrendered to authorities on Tuesday. The 29 year old William allegedly shot another man multiple times on Saturday night on South East Avenue in the city. The victim survived the shooting.
