A threat at a school in Bridgeton was unfounded this week. Police were called by the Bridgeton Board of Education regarding a telephone threat made on all district schools. Police investigated on Tuesday and found no threat to the school. A complete search was made of the schools and the district was allowed to return to normal operation as of 2 p.m. District officials placed the schools in lock down at the time and the protocol was lifted as each of the school searches were complete, according to police.
