Police have identified a woman they say was a victim in a fatal hit-and-run. Bridgeton Police say that Bernadette Montgomery, 54, of New Castle, Del., was found dead on Wednesday night. The incident took place on Warren Street near North Pearl Street. An investigation is still on-going at this time.
