On Wednesday a 36 year-old Bridgeton man was found guilty on dog fighting and drug charges. David Silcott was found guilty by a jury of drug possession charges, possession of a police scanner and fighting or baiting animals. State Police raided Silcott’s home on Dec. 20, 2013, and found more than half an ounce of cocaine, and several injured dogs. Silcott will be sentenced on Jan 6th, 2017.
