20 brand new subpoenas have been issued in connection with the bridge closing scandal that has shaken the Christie administration. Assemblyman John Wisniewski announced that the subpoenas were issued on Thursday and they include 17 individuals and three organizations. Meanwhile, a special panel that will look into the so-called “Bridgegate” was approved by the New Jersey Assembly. Some republicans say they were kept in the dark about the results of the subpoenas and have not been told how much this investigation will cost.
