BRIDGEGATE IS COSTING STATE GOP ORGANIZATION

New campaign reporting data shows that the New Jersey GOP is stuck with a lot of debt. The state Republican organization has just under $363,000 cash on hand ahead of the Nov. 3 election with more than $547,500 in debt. The info comes from the state Election Law Enforcement Commission. The majority of the debt comes from legal bills related to the Bridgegate scandal.
