The New Jersey Department of Transportation announced the Route 109 Bridge in Lower Township will be painted this week. There will be a single lane closed on 5th Avenue under the bridge. Alternating traffic measures will be in place. The project is part of a $27.3 million dollar bridge painting contract held by the federal government.
