The annual Brews by the Bay Festival returns this weekend and is the only bi-state beer festival in the country. The festival will kick off in Cape May, New Jersey this year at 11:30am to 3:30pm with the events ending in Lewes, Delaware from 4pm to 8pm. Hosted by the Delaware Brewers Guild and the Garden State Craft Brewers Guild; it will feature live music, local foods, craft brews, yard games and BYO-Chair.
