Two Middle Township men have been charged with first degree murder in connection with the slaying of 15 year old Nicole Angstadt. 23 year old Derrick Powers and 23 year old Charles Mosley, both from Rio Grande, were arrested and charged with the crime on Friday. Her body was recovered in a home located on Vermont Avenue in Rio Grande back on December 14th. Bail for both men has been set at $1 million apiece.
