A press conference will be held Monday and Governor Murphy is expected to announce that all public schools in New Jersey will be closed due to the coronavirus threat. Murphy held a conference call with reporters on Sunday and the state will tell the schools to have a singular message with announcing their closures. 1.4 million students who attend public schools in the state will now stay home. Individual school districts will communicate their own messages to parents and students. Murphy told reporters he expects that all schools will be ordered to close “until further notice”.
