The investigation is underway in Egg Harbor Township into a Monday afternoon accident involving a motor vehicle and a child on a bicycle. The car was driven by 52 year old Kelli Bonner on Spruce Avenue right around 4 o’clock. The child was taken to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
