BOY RESCUED AT JERSEY SHORE AFTER BEING TRAPPED ON BEACH

A young boy is lucky to be alive after he became trapped in a hole in the sand that he dug on the 17th Street beach in Surf City.  The 12 year old boy became trapped underneath of the sand and lifeguards had to dig him out, and perform CPR on him to bring him back to life. Authorities warn beach goers to avoid digging deep holes in the sand, and placing themselves in it.
