BOOKER STARTS FILLING STAFF FOR U.S. SENATE

U.S. Senator-elect Cory Booker has tapped his chief of staff. A Facebook executive, Louisa Terrell, was named this week. Booker defeated Steve Lonegan in a special election last week. Booker’s chief of staff in Newark since 2008, Modia Butler, was named as New Jersey state director as well. The seat was the one formerly head by the late Frank Lautenberg.
