BOOKER QUESTIONED ON SEXUALITY, SAYS “DOES IT MATTER?”

Newark Mayor Cory Booker isn’t saying whether he is gay, but doesn’t think it should be an issue either way. Booker was profiled by the Washington Post and was asked about rumors that he is gay. Booker told the paper “I love seeing on Twitter when someone says I’m gay, and I say, ‘So what does it matter if I am? So be it.'” The U.S. Senate candidate said he is focused on the election this Oct. against Steve Lonegan.
