BODY FOUND FLOATING IN TOWNSEND’S INLET

The investigation is underway into the discovery of a body that was found floating near Sea Isle City in Townsend’s Inlet on Monday.  New Jersey State Police confirm that the body of a man was found floating in the inlet Monday morning by the captain of a marine vessel who was traveling to Connecticut.  Police say the man appeared to be of Asian descent, over the age of 50, with black dress pants and a button down shirt.
