BMW FOUND OVERTURNED ON WILDWOOD CREST BEACH

Wildwood Crest Police responded to multiple 9-1-1 calls and found a 2010 BMV overturned on the beach at Stanton Road on Wednesday at about 4 p.m. The driver, Nabil Moussa of East Rutherford, N.J. and a female passenger were safely removed from the car by rescue personnel. Witnesses stated that the BMW was at the street end when it suddenly accelerated, leaving the street and crashing through a wooden railing before landing on it’s side on the beach. Moussa and his passenger were transported to Cape Regional Medical Center with non life-threating injuries. There were no other injuries. Moussa was charged with Careless Driving.
