BLOOMBERG: GOLDEN NUGGET, CAESARS CONSIDERING MERGER

Caesars Entertainment Corporation is reportedly considering a merger with Golden Nugget.  Bloomberg reports that the merger talks have begun with Golden Nugget approaching Caesars about the deal.
