BILLS TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS MOVES FORWARD

Stories cropped up over employees being forced to show their Facebook profiles to employers. That soon may come to a change because of new legislation. Two bills passed a Senate committee that would all workers or students to sue if their employer or school forced them to show their Facebook account. Both bills passed on a 4-0 vote. Fines could also be levied against the company or school.
