BILL TO ALLOWS ADS ON B– USES MOVES FORWARD

Legislation that would allow a district short on cash to sell advertising space on school buses has now passed an Assembly committee. The bill would give the district the right to sell advertising space if they own their own buses. Some districts that have a busing service could not take advantage of this. The Assembly Education Committee provided unanimous approval.
