BILL SIGNED ATTEMPTING TO STOP ILLEGALLY OBTAINING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

New legislation aimed at curbing those getting unemployment benefits illegally has been signed into law. Gov. Chris Christie signed the measure into law that allows for different cross checks on applicants. One of the main problems is people still receiving benefits after obtaining employment with another company. The legislation was a bi-partisan effort.
