A new bi-partisan bill might provide some relief to the red light camera issue in the state. The bill would force law enforcement to wait slightly longer before ticketing. The measure would give drivers 1.5 seconds extra, by forcing the yellow light to be one second longer and providing a half second grace period after a red light hits before a ticket could be registered.
