Next November, 2nd District Congressman Frank LoBiondo may be facing a challenger with a familiar name. Bill Hughes, Jr., a 43 year-old Northfield attorney, says he was considering a run for congress against LoBiondo next year. Hughes’ father held the seat until Lobiondo replaced him in 1995. So far, only Mike Assad, who lost in the primary to LoBiondo in 2011, has formally declared a run for congress next November.
