A major rally is in the planning stages that will target Governor Chris Christie’s budget cuts. The Associated Press reports that the rally could include several public workers unions, and be held on Saturday, May 22nd. The NJEA, which represents thousands of teachers in the Garden State, wants to send 20,000 members to the event. Many public workers unions are upset with Christie over cuts in personnel, and to their pensions. The rally is expected to be held in Trenton.
