A big lawsuit is looming regarding a search for drugs at the Cumberland County Regional High School four years ago. A special education student was searched for illegal drugs via a search conducted by a man and without parental notification. The lawsuit alleges the search was conducted by an alleged unfounded allegation. No drugs were found on the student, who was 15 years old at the time of the search.
