Some major changes this week at the Millville Police Department. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office announced on Wednesday that one of its investigators will now handle internal affairs at the department, and the mayor of Millville has elevated a member of the department to run its day to day operations. These actions follow a drunk driving charge leveled against Lt. Ed Zadroga, and a simple assault charge was filed against Lt. Carl Heger.
