Those with concerns about pedestrian and bicycle safety in Somers Point can share those thoughts next week. The New Jersey Department of Transportation and the city will host a public information open house on the issue. It will take place at the Jordan Road School on Nov. 18. The public is invited to stop by at their convenience to review the Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation study, the study findings, maps and graphics. Somers Point residents and business owners will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the consultant team and comment on the study findings.
