Democrats and republicans in Trenton are drawing a line in the sand over the nominees by Governor Chris Christie for the New Jersey Supreme Court. Democrats say they will not back Phillip Kwon for one of the positions on the court. Senate President Steve Sweeney, a democrat, says his party will not allow Christie to quote “pack the Supreme Court” with republicans. Christie says he has every right to pick his own people for the court..after all, he says, he won the election.
