A battle between Vineland Mayor Ruben Bermudez and his city council continues this week. Council gave a thumbs down to Bermudez’s selection to serve as a municipal court judge. Now, city officials say the mayor will take a look at some other applicants for the job. Bermudez angered City Council when he canned City Solicitor Richard Tonetta shortly after he was elected.
