A Philadelphia man has been charged with robbing an area bank in 2010. U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman announced that Keith Ney is facing one count of bank robbery. He appeared in court on Wednesday to hear charges related to a 2010 robbery of a Cape Bank in Atlantic City. Ney was previously convicted of two counts of bank robbery on Sept. 16, 2011, and later sentenced to a term of 57 months in prison. During his plea hearing, he admitted robbing the Cape Bank at 1501 Pacific Avenue in Atlantic City and the Citizens Bank at 1234 Market Street in Philadelphia in 2010.
