The state’s government shutdown entered its second day on Sunday, and residents are bracing themselves for what’s open, and closed, heading into a back to work Monday. All Motor Vehicle Commission offices and inspection stations are expected to remain closed, along with state-run beaches, parks, and many state offices. State courts will close, but municipal courts remain open.
