He’s back on the election ballot in Vineland. Mayor Ruben Bermudez has successfully appealed a decision that prevented his name from appearing on the election ballot in November. The city clerk in Vineland told Bermudez that he could not appear on the ballot because he did not have enough valid signatures on his nominating petition. Judge James Swift ruled Friday that his name will be on the November 8th ballot.
