More people are taking the SAT in New Jersey but the score dropped. New data looking at the Class of 2015 says that the average test score dropped 6 points as almost 1600 more students took the test than the year prior. Nationwide, average scores actually dropped 7 points. The SAT is going through more changes and will return to a 1600 point system compared to the 2400 point system is was currently under.
