AVALON TO MAKE PROMOTIONS DURING WEDNESDAY MEETING

The Avalon Borough Council meets Wednesday evening and is expected to appoint a new Borough Clerk.  Amy Kleuskens is retiring after a long career in the Borough Clerk’s office; Deputy Clerk Georgann Berardis is expected to be sworn in as the new clerk.  Two promotions are also planned in the Avalon Police Department during the meeting, which gets underway at 6pm.
