Local communities are gearing up for outside dining which starts on Monday. In Avalon, Mayor Marty Pagliughi has created a program that extends outdoor dining out on to a sidewalk, where possible. North Wildwood will have a special meeting Friday morning to extend some liquor license premises which is allowable under state law.
