AVALON READIES FOR HUGE TWO DAY HOLIDAY EVENT

One of the hotspots in New Jersey to celebrate the holidays after Thanksgiving will be in Avalon.  The Borough will hold its popular “Festive Friday” downtown celebration the day after Thanksgiving with a skating rink and dozens of kid-friendly events downtown.  This year Avalon hosts its inaugural “SnowFest Saturday” with a huge free winter carnival held at an elementary school field complete with a skating rink, rock climbing wall, rides, and a 22-foot slide.
